We are an urban distillery located on the outskirts of the City of Fremantle – and a key part of our identity and ethos comes from our affiliation with this great port city; a curious mix of proud heritage, port attitude, pristine coastal environment, eclectic locals and vibrant tourism.
A small team, we pride ourselves on the production of boutique spirits that are uncompromising in quality, with the ultimate aim to create ‘grain to glass’ products that embrace the bountiful produce of Western Australia. Our aim is to go beyond the reproduction of basic spirits to create a physical representation of the spirit of our great City and the state of Western Australia. Truly, the spirit of Fremantle itself.
